Today, we had a talk with Joe Parker which was really good content. We talked about the Idle No More and how it started and began a movement. It was first used as a hashtag and grew within the community. I think that we should’ve been more active and be more communicative. Good content though. Then we met with Saginaw and we thought us that education and culture was really important. We need to have an education to get a key role in the native community. We are the generation that need to take the role now of stepping up for your nation. A change that I would like to see in the community would be seeing everybody know and be proud of they’re culture and nation. There are a lot of people who don’t now anything about their ancestors and where they’re from
